The Healthline is Evergreen’s 24-hour call center, handling physician referral, class registration and providing health information from registered nurses.

Physician Referral Service
Our trained staff provides community referrals to Evergreens providers and specialists. With more than 10 years experience, they help patients find the provider that best fits their personal and medical needs. Referrals are given on a fair and even rotation and are driven exclusively by the patient’s needs and wants. If you need help growing your practice, the Healthline can help you.
Criteria for Participation
Providers must be on the current active staff at Evergreen and accepting new patients. Providers must complete the Healthline’s database form, providing the necessary information to create your profile.
Web Profiles
The Evergreen Healthcare Web site provides access to the profiles of all providers active in the Healthline’s database. People will be able to search for a provider by name, specialty, location, insurance or key word. This is a great way for prospective patients to learn about you – any time of the day or night.
Criteria for Participation
All active and courtesy providers will have their practice information posted on the Evergreen Healthcare Web site after completion of the Healthline’s database form.
Physician-To-Physician Referral Service
Need to refer your patient to a specialist…but you’re unsure which of your colleagues best fits your patient’s needs? Evergreen Healthline can support you and your office staff in finding the appropriate provider and connect you directly to their office staff.
Criteria for Participation
All active and courtesy providers will have their practice information available to other providers needing referrals.
